The selection of fruits
Juices made from concentrate are prepared solely from fruit, water and the natural aromas of fruit. They contain 100% fruit and are prepared from concentrated juice to which is added water in the same percentage as in the original fruit. Contrary to popular belief, juice made from concentrate contains no less fruit and no more sugar than pure juice.

The 100 % pure juice
The pure juices are obtained simply by pressing the fruit, without adding anything in (sugar, additives).
Juices with Concentrated
So called ABC are only elaborated from fruits, water and from natural aromas of the fruit. They contain 100 % of fruits and are elaborated from concentrated juice to which we add some water at the level of the percentage of origin.
So contrary to the ideas receipts a fruit juice with concentrated contains not less fruit nor more sugars than a pure juice.
Nectars of fruits
Fruit nectars are made up of juice or fruit purées (25% minimum), water and sugar. The water and sugar thus added enable very acidic fruits (lime) or ones with a thick texture (banana, mango, apricot) to be enjoyed in liquid form as a drink.
